  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

1. Overview

At Furniture Collection, all products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the size and handling requirements of furniture, all sales are considered final, except in cases of verified damage upon delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Returns & Exchanges Policy.


2. Damaged Items (Eligible for Return or Replacement)

We accept returns only for items that arrive materially damaged.

To qualify:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Customer must provide:

    • Clear photos of the damage

    • Photos of packaging and exterior condition

    • Order details

Failure to report within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the item in its delivered condition.

Once verified, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item

  • Repair the item

  • Issue a full or partial refund

We will cover return shipping or pickup costs for approved damage claims.


3. Exchanges

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the item is defective or damaged.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if items show signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.


4. Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers who prefer to avoid shipping costs.

  • Pickup details and scheduling will be provided after purchase

  • Items must be inspected at the time of pickup

  • Once picked up, the item is considered accepted in its current condition


5. Non-Returnable Situations

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish

  • Natural material variations (wood grain, tone, etc.)

  • Damage occurring after delivery or pickup

  • Items that have been installed, assembled, or used

All sales outside of verified damage claims are final.


6. Delivery & Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery.

  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery or pickup

  • Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier

  • Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for claims


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks and provide documentation as needed.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Furniture Collection is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
