Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, please send:
- Clear photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once we've verified the issue, we'll either send a replacement or offer another suitable resolution at our discretion. Receiving your item in proper condition matters to us, and we'll work with you to get it right.
Exchanges (14-Day Window)
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange.
Returns (14-Day Window)
We accept returns on non-damaged items within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The customer covers return shipping costs
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Given the size and nature of our products, all returns are inspected on arrival.
Non-Returnable Situations
We're unable to accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or installed
- Items returned without original packaging
- Requests made after the return window has closed
Local Pickup Orders
For local pickup orders, please inspect your item at the time of pickup. Once accepted, the item is considered received in good condition.
Important Notes
- All requests must be submitted within the timeframes above
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions
