Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves us. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated delivery window.

During high-demand periods or seasonal launches, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed if anything affects your timeline.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of shipping, depending on your location and the piece you've selected. Larger items, such as full-length mirrors and executive office sets, may require additional handling time and are shipped via specialized freight carriers.

You'll receive your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way, and our carrier will coordinate any required delivery arrangements directly with you.
